Shave Ice
Fluffy Shaved Ice snow with over 40 flavors and more combinations. Cool down with this classic treat. A great option is to add Scoops of NiceCream/NiceWhip or Creamier on top. Flat-tops available in the Small, Medium, Large, Giant, or Avalance sizes. Get a Shave Ice Party Kit for everything to make your own at home.
Serve Soft
Serve Soft is hard NiceCream or NiceWhip* put through our Swirlfreeze machine to create a soft delicious treat. Mix Vanilla, Chocolate, Pineapple, Mango, Raspberry, Strawberry alone or in combination.
* NiceWhip is our name for the trademarked DoleWhip.
Swirly
NICE-style milkshake with a Sweet Frosty Texture Flavored like "WOW". Fantastic flavors: Orange-Julius, Peach-Melba, Rootbeer-Float, Key-Lime Pie, Caramel-Apple, Cherry-Jubilee, Fruity-Pebbles, DuLeche, Cookie, Chocolate-Crumb, Strawberry-Cheesecake, and Butterbear.
Scoops
Hard NiceCream or NiceWhip served in a cup or on a cone. Especially yummy in our in-house made Waffle-cones. Add toppings for a Sundae. Ask for available Specialty Flavors list. We make NiceCream in-house with our recipes. NiceWhip is also made in-house. Mix and match any of the flavors so delicious we sometimes run out.
Drinks & Floats
Italian Creamy Soda and fizzy drinks. Start with Rootbeer, 7-Up/Sprite, or Mountain Dew and add any flavor mix. Add scoops to create your own Float flavor, or start with your flavor and add creamier and soda-water for your flavored ICS drink. Refreshing and quenching anytime.
Other Treats
NiceCream Pie Cup (an amazing sundae), and warm Churros, or Hot Chocolate for a Not-Cold-Treat. Hungry? Try our Garlic Toast / Grilled Cheese (with ketchup), and add Avocado or Bacon for a meal. All made fresh to order and delicious. Add a scoop or two to create a satisfying Churro-ala-Mode. Hot Cocoa comes with Whipcream and Marshmallows (if wanted).

Shave Ice Party Kits
Everything you need for your party. Includes cups, spoons, napkins, and 3 flavor choices. Keep snow bags in freezer until ready. Transfer the Flavor into pull-top water bottles for serving. Advance notice is best.

NICE Ice
Premium ice sales for events or keeping cool with solid blocks or nugget pebble ice. Ice Blocking is sledding down a grass hill sitting on a towel and ice block. Ice sold by volume in bags - all weights approximate. Advance ordering needed to ensure in stock.

Creating sweet memories in our community since 2010
Our Story
Northern Ice began as a simple idea: provide employment opportunities for the Gordon boys and then to community youth; create a fun gathering place for families and grandkids to enjoy, connect, and create sweet memories. And, allow a creative outlet for David's sweet-tooth adventures.
Our shaded grass picnic area with bench seating, small slides, and giant yellow chair have become a favorite outdoor spot for families and dates to unwind, to celebrate birthdays, or simply enjoy a warm evening together. It is a space neighbors become friends and every visit feels like a party.
