Yes, Northern Ice does indeed cater and sell bulk products including block ice, nugget ice, and large Ice-Block Sledding blocks. We can run the whole show for you, or if you’d like to save a little money you can do some things yourself, or have a few people help out. We’re pretty flexible! You can pick up items at Northern Ice or we can bring the items or a mobile unit to you.

Party Kit – Do It Yourself
Least expensive option is to purchase a PARTY KIT (full size or half size) that includes everything to make small Shave Ice servings with a choice of 3 flavors. Each Party Kit includes: 3 Flavors, small cups, Spoonstraws, and Snowbag(s) pre-shaved snow bagged for immediate use. Use the Party Kit Form by clicking here to order and select your size and flavors. Don’t need a full 25 serving kit, order the HALF PARTY KIT for a dozen instead.
For easier serving, get 3 or more 12-16 oz common water bottles (drill a hole in the cap or use the type with pull-top spouts). Pour the Flavor Syrup into these bottles for serving.
Allow time to get your kit ready. Use advanced ordering to get the snow ready. Have a larger crowd? Buy several kits or see if the Northern Ice – Mobile/Cart can come.
DoleWhip / NICECream Cups
Have a DoleWhip craving or want that creamy delicious cold NiceCream in larger sharing quantities. For advance ordering, click here and fill out the request form. Advance orders for 25 or more is strongly suggested to ensure you have your flavors and the quantity needed. For a large party, select the NICECream Social (100 minimum) and customize it to include NiceCream flavors like Snickery (loaded with Snickers), Cookies n’ Cream, Rocky Road, Peanut Butter Blast, [design your own], as well as the DoleWhip assortment. This form includes a price estimator for pickup or we can quote you a delivery price for your special occasion.
NICECream Pie
You’ve probably heard of an ole’ fashion ice cream cake, well, the Northern Ice NICECream Pie goes beyond that by miles of flavor. It comes boxed all ready to share. With so many options and customizations, we have a special form just for designing your cool treat.
You can select the NICECream base flavor, crust, and the goodness that completes it. It has a recommended 14-16 servings, but as good as it is, you may need to order one just for you and another to share. Keep in mind, it needs to stay frozen until ready to serve and a sharp knife will be needed to ensure you have the largest piece after cutting.
Homemade Rootbeer or Rootbeer Floats
Get 5 gallons of homemade Rootbeer and nugget ice, or expand it to include Vanilla NICECream for Rootbeer Floats. Drop off your 5 gallon cooler and have us do the work for you to pick up later. All you need to add is 1-2 lbs of Dry Ice for the finishing carbonation just before serving. Either options includes 50 cups — small ones for just Rootbeer and nugget ice, or medium size to hold your float, both ways, it is a refreshing treat. Use the main form here.
