Shave Ice

Coldest snow and the best flavors around. Mix and match your flavors with add-ons for a cool, refreshing treat.  See the flavor list at the bottom.  Five sizes to match any appetite:  Avalanche, Giant, Large, Medium, and Small.  Options include a flat-top for reduced spillage and traveling.  Add-ons include Sour Spray, Sour Powder, Ling Hing Mui (hawaiin fruit powder), NiceCream/DoleWhip Frost-tops, Creamier, Whip-cream, and more.   Ask for the  Sugar-Free  list to get a delicious sweet treat without the sugar, or the  Natural Flavor  list for flavors created with plant-based flavors and colors.

Served Soft:  DoleWhip & NiceCream

We make the DoleWhip and NiceCream inhouse (think hard ice cream) and use it to make it served soft when ordered.
DoleWhip:  Flavors like those found at the ‘happiest place on earth’ near the Tiki Room, only nearer home.  Traditional Classic Pineapple, Mango, Strawberry, Lime, and Raspberry are fabulous cool treats. Or, add our Vanilla Nicecream for a Swirly blend.
Need some off-season? …use the order form to get some anytime.  While they are Dairy-free, they certainly are not flavor-free.  First in the area to provide this made fresh treat.  Try some today and create new favorite memories.

NiceCream:  This isn’t your local wimpy ice cream, this is  full refreshing flavor!

Vanilla and Chocolate are the mainstream options but speciality flavors custom built are available for parties and gatherings (or when David wants another flavor). See the order forms for details.  Flavors can include: Rocky Road, Snickery, Cherry Vanilla, Chocolate Yumm, Peanut Butter Blast, Chocolate Chippery, Cookies n’ Cream. Our butter-cream content is 14%, whereas custard is only 10%, and cheaper mixes most commonly used are only 5-7% from the areas largest supplier in SLC.  Locally, we know only one higher percentage – USU Dairy labs and another in Wyoming. Come taste the difference with a sample, cone, or full treat.

Dairy-free options are available with advance ordering using coconut or almond base.  Host a dairy-free party and create your own flavor combinations with your own selected additions.

SodaNICE and Italian Creamy Soda

Fizzy drinks and floats that make a nice change when you’re thirsty. Customize your drink with flavor-shots.  It certainly is sodaNICE on a hot day.
Take any flavor used for Shave Ice and make in into an Italian Creamy Soda (ICS) — slighty fizzy and very delicious.  You can even create an ICS Float

Buy DoleWhip or Nicecream by the scoop for a cone or in a cup.  Make a Churro Ala Mode.  Feeling cold — get our Hot Cocoa to warm you up. Or, hungry, the Garlic Toasts are fabulous! …with Grilled Cheese sandwiches, bacon or even avocado add-ons available.
